So I was in another show at gallery 1988 last week. Been too busy and tired to post anything during that time. Thanks to all those that came out for the support.
I chose to have a running theme through my pieces...and the theme is Greek and Roman Mythology. I always wanted to tackle the classical themes. Here is is one of the paintings I did for the show. This is my version of Hercules and the Nemean Lion.

Hi Rich,
love the mythology paintings. I wrote a short blog entry to tell my readers about it, and have taken the liberty of clipping a detail from a painting. I couldn't find your contact info, so please let me know if you would prefer to have the image removed.

Congrats Rich!
I like very much your paintings.
A friend of mine sent me a link to you paintings, and I have to say I love them. I'm an East Asian history grad student, but as a girl I was fascinated by Greek and Roman mythology, and your art combines two of my great loves. The re-imagings of those classic stories in a Japanese setting are incredibly clever. Thank you so much for creating such lovely work!
update please!
Hi Love your paintings!
By the way if you have any available paintings for sale, please email me.
may i ask what media you used on the wood? i am doing a project on the back of a skateboard for a gallery event in my city and you absolutely nailed the palette i had in mind. this is a link to a sketch i did for inspiration of what i want to paint on it:
